EIM Care Management Philosophy
EIM has determined that all consumers will be served by a care management system that:
- Equips consumers with information about care options.
- Protects the consumers right to self direct.
- Coordinates service in a manner that seeks to reduce fragmentation of care, promote quality of life,
and positively influence social welfare.
- Advocates on behalf of the consumer.
