Employee Testimony
"This is one place that I feel I can be of service to others. That is why I am here. I want to help people. There are times when EIM consumers need an advocate. They know they can call us when they're having trouble getting through to the provider what their needs are. It's an advocacy position that makes sure the system works correctly. EIM gives them someone who'll listen. Some call me just because they want to say hello, and I love to be here for them. My job is to serve them."
