HOME BASED CARE PROGRAM WAIT LIST
Please note that effective Monday, August 27, EIM will institute a Wait List for the Home Based Care (HBC) program. Any person assessed by Goold on August 27, 2007, or afterward and found eligible for the HBC program will be placed on a wait list for services until further notice. Any current consumer that is reassessed and found eligible for additional services, will remain a consumer, and have their additional services put on the wait list. We will take people (or the consumer’s additional services) off of the wait list as funds become available.
