EIM has created an e-mail distribution list for notifications to be sent to FPSO employers. The courtesy notices will be sent when there are updates to the FPSO program or any other information that EIM deems appropriate.

If you wish to be on the distribution list to receive notices, please e-mail eimfpso@elderindependence.org. You will need to include your full name, address and contact telephone number in that e-mail. You will then be sent a confirmation e-mail. This return e-mail will verify that your e-mail address has been included on the distribution list. If you do not receive a confirmation notice within 3 business days, please e-mail the above address again, or you may call Information Services, at 1-888-234-3920, ext. 317.

It's up to you to be sure we have your correct e-mail address. E-mail addresses which fail delivery will be removed from the list. Any change in your e-mail address needs to be sent to eimfpso@elderindependence.org. Please include both the old and new e-mail addresses in your notification.
